weekends are for brunch




With no real competition, the Sparrow has the best brunch in Montreal.
Home-made doughnuts filled with either chocolate or cream (three served at a time on vintage floral saucers).
Kidneys and watercress on toast. French toast with fresh berries and poached pear.
The food always distracts me from my camera and when I remember that I should take a picture I already have chocolate on my face and a nearly empty plate.
Thank you Sparrow for making Sundays so delicious.
